REP Type Series
NORMACONNECT® REP pipe couplings are used for connecting restrained pipes. Damaged metal and/or plastic pipes are sealed easily, quickly and safely without having to disassemble the pipes.
The NORMACONNECT® REP design features:
1. Standard steel band insert
Thanks to the reinforcing steel band insert the coupling can even be used in case of large pipe gaps and vacuum applications. In addition, the shear strength of the coupling is increased.
2. Lock bars
For the NORMACONNECT® pipe couplings bars with extra large diameter are used. This considerably improves the rigidity of the coupling as well as the engagement of the bolt threads.
3. New double lip seal
The patented sealing system provides double safety.
