Wide band hose clamps

The extra wide band of these hose clamps is capable of distributing the clamping force exerted by the clamp over a wide area. Thus, for example, also thin-walled containers can be securely fixed. NORMACONNECT® BRS wide band hose clamps prevent the pipe or container that is retained or joined from being compressed or damaged. In addition the BRS hose clamp provides a high transverse rigidity of the joint between the two pipe ends.

NORMACONNECT® wide band hose clamps are manufactured in standard band widths and materials and are available in single and multi-part versions.

 

Up to 300 mm clamping diameter they are supplied in a part assembled and from 301 mm in flat form.

 

Wide band clamps in W1 and W2 materials are each fitted with 2 hexagon head bolts with slotted head; wide band clamps in W4 material each have 2 hexagon head bolts.

We hope you will understand that because of the wide variety of possible product variations we do not keep in stock our complete BRS programme.
